Barbara “Bunny” Rosen, nee Bank, 83, beloved wife of the late Sherwin Rosen and the late Howard Absler; loving mother of Stephanie (Frank) Orsi and Andy (Lauren) Absler; cherished Bubbe of Sophia and Francesca Orsi and Ethan, Lucas and Emmet Absler; devoted daughter of the late Goldie and Sydney Bank; dear sister of Gene (Sheryl) Bank; treasured aunt, cousin and friend of many. So sorry to read about the passing of Bunny. I met Bunny when i was a staff member at the Rec Center of Highland Park. She always found time to regularly attend the Chair Yoga classes during the week. As my memory serves me, she rarely missed a session. She always had a kind word and always talked about her grandchildren. What stood out the most was how Bunny always reminded me of my mother in her looks and mannerisms. She will be missed. May her memory be a blessing.
